Most MNC styles are designed with a comfortable, true-to-size fit with a little room to grow. We intentionally avoid tight or restrictive fits so your child can move, play, and stay comfortable. We recommend reviewing our size chart for the most accurate fit based on height and weight.

If your child is between sizes, we recommend using their current height and weight rather than age alone to determine the best option. You can always email MNC's Customer Care for additional help.

We ship orders from our warehouse in Gallatin, Tennessee, typically within 1-3 business days. Actual delivery times depend entirely on the carriers.

After you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, and then another email with your tracking number after it has been shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add us to your contact list to ensure you don’t miss out on any important messages regarding your order(s).

Within 30 days of the package's delivery date, we accept returns. To understand our full returns policy, you can read it here. Please email us at MNC's Customer Care with your order number and the exact items you want to return, or for any help.

For clearance items (ending in .95 and .00), we are unable to process returns or exchanges. All clearance items are final sale. Here’s our return policy for your future use: return policy here.

Due to our fast-moving inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this moment. Please reach out to MNC's Customer Care to start a return, and purchase the right-sized/correct item immediately to avoid the risk of it selling out.

Your refund is issued back to the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email showing that the refund was issued. If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We prioritize soft, breathable materials that are gentle for daily wear. Many of our outfits feature high-cotton blends for softness and breathability. For specific styles, we recommend reviewing the product page description.

For best results, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Following care instructions helps preserve color, embroidery, and fabric softness.

Our clothing is designed to maintain its size and shape when washed and dried according to care instructions. To preserve fabric integrity and embroidery detail, we recommend washing in cold water, tumble drying on low, and washing with like colors. For best results: hang to dry.

We craft soft, photo-ready styles that look as beautiful as they feel. Cotton blends feel breathable and lightweight. Polyester blends help maintain shape and color while still offering a soft hand feel and easy care. Specialty fabrics like tulle are lined with your little one in mind.

No, unfortunately, we do not. We also do not retroactively apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed.

Typically, we do NOT restock our seasonal items. We do restock some MNC x BASICS® styles to meet demand, but we rarely restock other items during the same season. So, if you see it in your size, purchase it right then!
