How do I join the MNC Perks program?
Simply create your account to start earning points and redeeming rewards.
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the "Ways to Earn Points" section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in and head to your MNC Perks page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account. Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months if there isn't any account activity.
Do my reward coupons expire?
Reward coupons will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday reward?
On your birthday!
I forgot to use my rewards at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately, rewards cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
