This is probably our favorite MNC dress- my 1 and 8 year old daughters love to dressing matching now and then. This one is a good fit for both- it isn't too big on the willowy 8 y/o and the skirt part is very cute on the toddler with her toddler tummy. I pair with grey or white stockings and she's all set!
Both fabrics are soft, no complaints of scratchiness on the velvet.
