    Very cute and full! The tulle is 2 layers plus the dress has a layer of material for lining which makes it extra full. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a little too big. My daughter wears a size 10/12 in dept store clothes and this size 9/10 fits bigger than that.

    My daughter is currently around 69lbs & 54 inches tall. The 9/10 is a bit big on her., but I think the size 8 would've been a little snug & short in the sleeves.
